HRH AOR 3 - March 2015
We are pleased to announce that we will be playing HRH AOR 3 - March 2015, joining a confirmed line up that includes FM & Night Ranger. This promises to be a great event and we look forward to seeing you all in the audience.
Cathouse gig cancelled
We are sorry to announce that we will not be playing in Glasgow this year due to The Cathouse cancelling our gig on Nov 14th.
This was totally out of our control but we are hoping to book a gig at another well-known venue in Scotland early next year – we really want to come and perform to our very special Scottish fans and are doing our best to make sure that happens.
All good things...
Where does the year go? Our year is going in a flurry of activity as we work on both the new album and put the final touches to our live DVD.
Our new album is going very well as we record and mix what we think are some wonderful songs that we hope you are all going to love. More details will be announced over the coming weeks.
We are very much looking forward to escaping the studio and heading back out on the road in November to perform these new songs for you. Venues are booked and tickets are now available. Check out our “Live Dates” page for more info.
For those who cannot wait until November to see us, our live DVD recorded last year in Derby will be available for pre-order soon.
2014 RD planning commences
So, 2014 is well and truly here and we hope you all had a fantastic end to last year. We just wanted to let you know what we have we got planned so far for this year...
Well, the new album is all coming together and next week we are meeting to sort out song choices, title details, artwork, distribution etc. We're also planning some live gigs in the summer; so if you'd like us to come and play in your home town and know of a venue that would invite us, then let us know! We can't promise to fit everywhere in but we'll try our best.
The live DVD, which was recorded in Derby last year, is almost there too. The audio side is being mixed now, so we hope to have news of a release date soon for you.
And, also on the live front, at the beginning of February, we are excited to be filming some of our new songs which will be released as videos later in the year.
That's all for the moment, we hope you all have a great year lined up too and look forward to seeing you soon!
Rapture Tour 2013 Report
Well, it’s all over now! Firstly we want to say how touched we were with the amazing support and love you showed us on this tour. We really couldn’t have done any of it without you. It was so lovely to see so many familiar faces combined with so many new ones. A special thank you goes out to those of you who travelled many, many miles to see us, we feel really honoured!
A big, big thank you also goes to our support band, Dante Fox; it was an absolute pleasure having you alongside us. We shared laughs, cramped dressing rooms and even colds. (Nothing a Jack Daniels Honey couldn’t cure though.) The staff at all the venues were a pleasure to deal with and their hospitality was second to none. Special thanks to Robbo at the Yardbirds who spotted we had left some Merch tucked up on a shelf and contacted us. The lovely Sue came to our rescue and drove them down to Derby in the nick of time!
We also couldn’t have done it without our very special crew; Steve C - Tour manager, provider of Jelly Babies and leather seated transport, Steve - Merch for his hard work and brilliant sense of humour, James - our extremely talented sound man who makes us sound immense and last but not least - Juliet our manager for putting it all together and believing in us!
Finally, it’s over to those of you who have taken time to let us have your thoughts, thank you. Until next time…
Cropredy Festival 8th August 2013
We were delighted to have played at the Cropredy Festival last weekend. It was a great day and we had an amazing time, from the start of the day to the end. Leigh and Craig started off with a live acoustic performance of Will Be and Bittersweet which was recorded by BBC Radio Oxford. This was closely followed by a filmed interview with the legendary Bob Harris! Then it was back again to be interviewed by BBC Radio Oxford. Next it was a quick change and onto the main Stage for a 75 minute set.
